Roof Inspections
Roof inspections are just that. A way for an inspector to look over the entire roof, to find any issues such as soft spots, loose shingles, holes, tears, missing sealant, missing flashing and all types of issues with a roof that aren't accessible from the ground.
Use of a Drone
I like to send my drone up first, just to check the area before climbing the roof. Doing so ensures my safety and also protects the home incase the roof is deficient and can't be walked. This is great because the roof can be looked at, no matter the condition, and no one has to get hurt to get the job done.
Hidden Issues
This broken vent pipe could not be seen from the ground. Climbing the roof and looking at everything is a great way to find hidden potential leak points. This can be easily fixed and prevent hundreds of dollars in damages.
